Quality
Superlative quality is what we assure at Servo Tech Control System. Thus, this aspect is in-built in every step that we undertake towards manufacturing products at our unit. The quality control operations start right from the initial stage of raw material procurement and continue till the final product has been delivered to the customers. We have a special team of quality analysts who have a wide expertise in the field and can identify even the minutest of error, rectifying them before the products are sent for market sale.
Quality Assurance
- Inspection of Fabrication structure for dimensions as per approved G.A. Drawing
- Inspection of painting / Powder Coating
- Routine Test are conducted on each panels like :
- Insulation Resistance Test with 1000 V DC Megger
- H.V. Test with 2.5 KV/Min Between Phases, Phase-Neutral, Ph-Earth, N-Earth
- High &Low Voltage Tubbing Test
- Function Test
